Introduction

Innovation Delivered³ (ID³) is a services and information technology company. We collaborate with clients to solve their most pressing business challenges while maximizing existing assets. From strategy through execution, we provide strategic business consulting, applications services, and technology solutions. Our mission is to work with clients to create innovative and practical business and technology solutions that help our clients obtain sustainable results.

Innovation is in our name and integrated into our solutions. Board

Lynda Santoni, CEO

Mrs. Lynda Santoni has worked in multiple levels of information technology (IT) including systems and applications programming, microcode, and education for sixteen years. She also has project management experience and a B.S. cum laude from Florida State University in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Jerome (Jerry) Santoni, President

Mr. Jerome (Jerry) Santoni previously worked for International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation where he led businesses, sales, projects, and technical organizations during times of incredible growth, and also during periods of significant cost cutting. Mr. Santoni held senior level positions in sales, solution development, project management, supply chain, and portfolio management. Furthermore, Jerry has diversified experience in globalization and innovation, start-up and growth businesses, and applying skills across industries such as Finance, Public Sector and Energy. He holds degrees from Queens University (MBA), Syracuse University (BSEE), is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP ®), and is an active leader in the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts of America.

Solution Integrator vs. System Integrator: What's the difference?

A System Integrator is a person or company that specializes in bringing together component subsystems into a whole system and ensuring that those subsystems function together. An example of a system integrator is a company that integrates multiple systems for inputting, processing, interpreting, storing, and categorizing data.

A Solution Integrator may perform the same functions as a system integrator, but typically goes well beyond system integration in the process of addressing the multidimensional aspects of business challenges. Working with our clients to clarify their business needs and requirements, we develop and deliver solutions that address policy, processes, culture, accountability and other factors including information technology (IT). A solution could be a combination of any or all of the above, or just a single element.

At Innovation Delivered³, we believe a winning formula consists of a homogeneous mixture composed of business capabilities within a framework that flexibly enables clients to leverage what they have (e.g. no rip and replace), understand the resiliency of their operations, and fill the gaps in line with their abilities and timeframes to do so.

The term innovation may refer to both radical and incremental changes in thinking, in processes, or in services. For any innovation to be successful, changes must be implemented that genuinely increase value.

Projects usually include the triple constraint: scope, schedule, and budget. Quality is affected by balancing these three factors. High qualiity projects deliver the required product, service or result: exceeding the scope, beating the schedule, and coming in under budget.

At ID³, we recognize that consideration must be given to the multidimensional nature of the business environment. Factors such as: values, policies, processes, technologies, existing client assets and others, should be addressed to assure the success of any changes before implementation occurs. We also understand that most companies offering products and services are constrained to offering solutions that fit within the limitations of their products' capabilities. This constraint narrows their perspective when assessing a client's challenges. The flexibility of having an expandable partnership base at ID³ enables us to view the world from a broadly based perspective and offer solutions that are not constrained by the limited capabilities of any particular line of products.
