Underwater Investigation leveraging Interoperable Communications - In February 2007 under the leadership of Mr. Tom Kelley (Florida State University - Panama City) and Mr. Jerry Santoni, a first-of-its-kind unified communication and collaboration wireless solution was built that enables observers located anywhere with Internet access, to see and interact with on-site underwater investigation teams in real-time.
